This policy governs all class cancellations and refund requests on Learniee.com. By enrolling in any class, users agree to the terms outlined herein. All approved refunds will be issued exclusively as credits to the user's Learniee Wallet, which may be applied toward future classes on the platform. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued to the original payment method.
1. Parent-Initiated Cancellations
Parents or guardians may cancel a class and receive a full refund to their Learniee Wallet only if the cancellation is made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled class start time.
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the class are not eligible for a refund under any condition.
2. Teacher-Initiated Cancellations and Rescheduling
In the event that a class is cancelled by the teacher for any reason, all enrolled users will receive a full refund credited to their Learniee Wallet.
If a class is rescheduled by the teacher and the revised time is unsuitable for the user, the user shall have the opportunity to propose an alternative time that is convenient to them. This proposed time will be reviewed by both the teacher and Learniee’s administrative team.
If the proposed rescheduled time cannot be approved by the teacher, a full refund for the affected class shall be credited to the user’s Learniee Wallet.
3. Missed Classes
No refund or credit shall be issued for missed classes where the student did not attend and no prior cancellation notice was given in accordance with this policy.
4. Ongoing or Multi-Session Courses
If a user has enrolled in a course consisting of multiple sessions (N number of classes), and either the teacher or the user cancels the course midway, the user shall be eligible for a full refund of the unused portion of the course.
The refund amount will be calculated as follows:
Refunded Amount = Total Amount Paid – Value of Completed Classes
The remaining balance will be credited to the user’s Learniee Wallet and may be used toward future classes on the platform.
No refund shall be issued for any sessions that were already completed prior to the cancellation. All cancellations must be communicated and confirmed through official Learniee support channels.
5. Technical Issues
If a class is disrupted or cannot be attended due to a verified technical failure originating from Learniee’s platform, a full refund will be issued to the Learniee Wallet.
6. General Conditions
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via the Learniee Help Centre or by emailing support@learniee.com. Refund eligibility will be determined based strictly on the criteria outlined in this policy.
Learniee Wallet credits are non-expiring, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
